Starting in the 1930s, Braniff International Airways operated in the glory days of commercial aviation for over 50 years. To commemorate that legacy, Converse is introducing this Jack Purcell collaborative sneaker. Simple in appearance, the canvas and rubber sneaker contains a bevy of Braniff-inspired detailing with upper logos and sockliner graphics by Alexander Giraldo. It even comes in a box with period-correct Braniff graphics. You can pick up a pair of this unique collaboration direct from Converse Japan here for ¥6,800 JPY (approximately $85 USD).
