Recently, adidas unveiled the adiZero Primeknit running shoe, which uses breakthrough technology to knit the upper portion of the sneaker in one seamless piece. Through this innovation, runners receive additional flexibility and support at the level which cannot be achieved with a pieced upper. To celebrate this sneaker, which will be worn by adidas athletes at the 2012 London Olympic Games, adidas released a limited run of 2,012 pairs in an English-inspired red/white colorway. The brand also held a special launch party in honor of the new release by opening a store in London dedicated to the unique style. Made in Germany, the sneakers are a demonstration of adidas’s desire to constantly push boundaries in technology and style, while providing their athletes with the highest quality equipment on the planet.
