Recently new developments were made between longstanding yet unofficial affiliates Lil Wayne and SUPRA Footwear. Culminating in a reported collection of sneakers that will receive direction from Wayne himself, the Young Money artist has been faithfully rocking Skytops to awards shows, in music videos, and on a day-to-day basis since their debut in 2007. Cited as an inspiration and trendsetter by ONE Distribution’s Global Vice President of Brands Matt Fontana, Weezy plans on a first viewing of his collection alongside SUPRA at the PROJECT trade show in Las Vegas on August 20-22.
