Kickers by Christopher Shannon 2013 Spring/Summer Footwear Capsule Collection

For Spring/Summer 2013, Christopher Shannon once again collaborates with Kickers to create his second capsule collection for the footwear brand. For this limited edition capsule, Shannon has chosen to explore two key Kickers styles: the Urbo Kicks CS and Urbo Trapper CS. The Urbo Kicks CS is inspired by the Kick Hi boot – arguably Kickers’ most influential shoe. It features Shannon’s unique choice of premium materials including pony skin, top grade suede, leather and patent mixes. Design details include a multicolored marbled outer sole, thick webbing straps, and a removable memory foam core sock. The Urbo Trapper CS is a mid-boot silhouette derived from the classic Kickers Trapper. For Spring/Summer 2013 a textile-inspired print appears on premium suede for the upper, with a combination of patent leathers and pony skin. With fewer than 500 pairs in existence per design, the limited edition shoes will be available online and at select UK retailers starting in January 2013. Each pair will come thoughtfully presented in an inky blue and brown card box with a Kickers by Christopher Shannon branded shoe bag.
