Kitty Pryde - Okay Cupid

Taking her name from the fictional X-Men character whose special ability is phasing through objects, 17-year-old artists Kitty Pryde has been shaking up the music world as of late. After releasing her song “Okay Cupid” on her Bandcamp over a month ago, the Beautiful Lou-produced track (think A$AP Rocky’s “Trilla” & “Kissin’ Pink”) seemingly launched the teen into unexpected fame. Today she released a visual take of the song furthering her celebrity to a new level, as it was premiered earlier by The FADER to a number of mix reviews. Describing as “the jail bait Hayley Williams of rap,” her unique sound has her being dubbed as the next artist up.
