Continuing its scour for what can be considered the latest in creativity, Robert Cristofaro and Arnaud C. Delecolle’s (of Alife) New York Art Department put together an upcoming Jim Joe show, featuring the artist of cult fame. To the surprise of many, the audaciously humorous captions and urban-inspired drawings of Jim are being featured on the inside of walls at The Hole Gallery. Having already turned heads from art enthusiasts and collectors of whom make up the avid fanbase, the ever elusive Jim Joe who has racked up a formidable collection of street side scrawlings will now have specially created paintings, drawings and trash sculptures displayed at his exhibition, which runs through a very slim opening of June 2-3.
