The IMPOSSIBLE PROJECT NYC Space Presents Traces of Time

May 3 marks the opening of Fabrice Nadjari and Varial’s “Traces of Time” exhibition on the south wall of The IMPOSSIBLE PROJECT NYC Space. Showcasing various instant portraits taken by the artists in several villages of the Wakhan Corridor in the Northeastern part of Afghanistan — including mischievous Ismaili children, housewives, opium smokers and village chiefs — the results are gifted images that translate the characters and ways of living to be found within these various remote villages. In addition to the images, a video presentation of the photographic journey will be on display, with “Traces of Time” running through June 3.
