Kanye West changes the title of "Theraflu" to "Way Too Cold"

Last week Kanye West leaked his single “Theraflu,” named after the cold and flu medicine, and following the release company representatives spoke with TMZ and stated:

We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner. Theraflu is an over-the-counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on.

While no legal actions have been reported, Kanye West has changed the artwork, which can be seen above, and removed the product’s name from the track now calling it “Way Too Cold.” Yeezy has already ruffled the feathers of those over at PETA since the track has surfaced, and it seems like he’s taking the high road this time around. The track is now available for purchase over at Kanyewest.com.
