After recently sitting down with Gourmet Co-Founder and Chief of Marketing Jon Buscemi for our Essentials series, we had an opportunity to catch up with his partner in crime, Gourmet Co-Founder Greg Lucci. Starting his career in retail in the early ’90s with Southern California’s Chaos Shop, Lucci moved up to be the head buyer and fashion consultant for men’s apparel, footwear and accessories at Fred Segal before becoming the VP of Zoo York, thus allowing him to work in a creative capacity with Mark Ecko Enterprises. Eventually, Lucci linked up with both Buscemi and Greg Johnsen to establish Gourmet in West Hollywood in 2006. Presenting a more straightforward set of Essentials than the twenty-something necessities offered up by Buscemi, Lucci’s collection includes a ring and necklace from his own brand alongside his drink and smokes of choice, custom eyewear, a Gucci wallet, Supreme beanie, Blackberry BOLD 9900, two additional rings, and the keys to his Cadillac.
