i-D Magazine: Palace Wayward Boys Choir x Umbro
The Palace Wayward Boys Choir formed last decade as a band of skater homies compiling a collection

The Palace Wayward Boys Choir formed last decade as a band of skater homies compiling a collection of videos paying homage to the golden era of skateboarding with their lo-fi technique reminiscent of the early ’90s. Having now developed into a full-fledged skateboarding label, Palace Skateboards – offering a range of decks and apparel – the London-based crew has its eyes set on expanding the brand with worldwide distribution. With hopes of building its brand awareness, PWBC aligns with English sportswear purveyor, Umbro, for a capsule collection of athletic threads inspired by the football fashion scene of the ’80s. Although images of the collection have not yet surfaced, i-D Magazine‘s latest issue, dubbed “The Royalty Issue,” showcases the PWBC x Umbro collaboration in its entirety. The aforementioned issue is currently available at i-donline.com and on international newsstands. Be on the lookout for additional release information hitting the airwaves shortly.
