Managing to infuse a level of creative ingenuity into an oft-used silhouette, Burberry Prorsum has just released a new Woven Top Cork Sole Leather Shoe for its Spring/Summer 2012. A few elements stand out among the new iteration, primarily the inclusion of a cork foundation that cleanly delineates the outsole from the tumbled brown leather upper. Adding a further degree of character to the release, Burberry Prorsum draped a patterned Navajo print across the toe box within the confines of an expertly stitched moc leather toe. The pair is rounded out by contrasting tan laces and is now available through MR PORTER for a retail of £450 GBP (approximately $708 USD).
