In conjunction with the rollout of its Spring/Summer 2012 kids footwear collection, Native shoes recently linked up with Hong Kong-based children’s boutique Mama Kid to host a special launch event. Founded by former Miss Hong Kong runner-up and Hong Kong Film Award nominee, Mama Kid represents a careful curation of Valerie Chow’s affinity for chic kid’s toys, fashion and accessories. For the special occasion, Native invited patrons to view and purchase the forthcoming collection while kids were offered a fun and creative opportunity to color the canvased facade of the Native x Mama Kid store front. Offering champagne for the adults and cocktail apple juice for the kids, free candy and balloons, a range of Hong Kong’s most recognized faces showed face for the event with their little ones in tote.
