Jacket Required: Danner Stumptown 2012 Autumn/Winter Collection Preview

One of the more notable presentations at the recent Jacket Required trade show came from the revered Danner Stumptown Fall/Winter 2012 collection. Showcasing a range of its storied boot silhouettes, the label effectively revamped many of the styles such as the Danner Light, Mountain Trail and Mountain Light using a selection of leathers, suedes and cordura textiles. Each pair boasts customary metal hardware and contrasting chromatic laces that round each iteration out with a refined balance of heritage-inspired chic that is often hard to strike. A brand rich in history, each silhouette features the same quality of construction and attention to detail that has carried it since day one.
