Esemplare 2013 Fall/Winter Felted Wool Jacket

Italian brand Esemplare has sought out to create apparel that has looked to create progress through care, passion and respect in the very craft it has dedicated the last 40 years of its existence to. With the changing times, it has attempted to reinterpret them under the Esemplare lens, effectively playing to both sides of the spectrum such as “past and future, technology and handcraftsmanship, aesthetics and function.” In a small preview of its Fall/Winter 2013 collection, we’re presented with the Felted Wool Jacket. A chunky cable knit made of felt that’s often seen on sweaters makes the transition into jacket form created a solid piece of outerwear.
