A$AP Rocky Gets Sued for Allegedly Assaulting a Man After Getting High

It looks like the legal drama will continue for A$AP Rocky in 2013. After pleading guilty to charges of grand larceny a couple of weeks ago. Back in July, a fight broke out when Flacko reportedly attacked two amateur photogs for taking pictures of him while he was involved in a verbal argument with another person. Now, the alleged victim is suing Rocky for assault, claiming the Harlem rapper was consuming unspecified illegal drugs before violently attacking an innocent man (the person who was being filmed) in a NY clothing store back in July, as TMZ points out. It remains to be seen if this story has any substance or not, but we will make sure to keep you posted.
