Originally purchased in 2007 for $12.5 million, Pharrell is now asking $16.8 million for the triplex penthouse, a 34% appreciation increase in five years. The 9,080-square-foot apartment boasts five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound terraces.
