The New Audi RS6 Avant

Need to get you, your family, and a bunch of gear somewhere in a hurry? Well Audi has just unveiled the perfect vehicle to get the job done – the brand new Audi RS6 Avant. The new RS6 Avant is big in every aspect, from the capacious load area to the engine sitting under the hood. Out goes the previous model’s V10 in favor of a twin-turbo 4.0 liter V8 putting out 552 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. Audi puts the Avant’s 0-60 time at just 3.9 seconds with a max top speed of 190 mph. Its rear load space is big enough to carry luggage for a large family with plenty of room to spare. Even with all that space Audi has managed to trim the curb weight making this RS6 Avant approximately 100 kg lighter than the outgoing model. The RS6 Avant is set to go on sale in Europe sometime next year with a possible North American release at a later date.
