A second trailer previews Disney’s upcoming 2013 blockbuster. This prequel to the beloved Judy Garland-studded 1939 film The Wizard of Oz has been adapted from L. Frank Baum’s 1900 novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, and comes directed by Sam Raimi — best known for his work on the Spider-Man trilogy. A magical action/adventure/fantasy with some epic potential, it tells the tale of how the wizard (played by James Franco) came to Oz and became great. The rest of the bewitching cast includes Mila Kunis, Rachel Weisz, Michelle Williams, Abigail Leigh Spencer and Zach Braff. The movie is slated for release in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D on March 8, 2013.
