Besides his expertise in the realm of design, there is something else jeffstaple knows a thing or two about: hamburgers. The Staple Design founder, along with head designer Courtney Walker, recently headed to New Jersey for a gastronomic tour of three famous local burger joints — The Iron Horse, Bobby’s Burger Palace and Hackensack legend White Manna Hamburgers. Along the way, the pair brings up some of the eternal issues surrounding burger consumption — sauces, menu choices and cooking methods — as they eat their way through the Garden State’s best spots.
