West Coasters The Hundreds has certainly come a long way since its basic graphic tee days. The past few years have seen Bobby and Ben Hundreds at the helm of an ever-expanding streetwear giant whose latest mountain to climb has been the footwear industry. After entering with basic silhouettes such as the Valenzuela and the Johnson, the duo has since approached more technically geared silhouettes such as their recent Scully model. Its latest Red Box series installment comes in the form of a Ben Hundreds-designed Scully iteration — the “Ben Scully LE.” Set atop a speckled neon outsole and completed with a supple suede off-white upper, the pair juxtaposes hits of blue 3M and tonal mesh to complete its running appeal. The Ben Scully LE earned its name by arriving as the second shoe that Ben Hundreds has designed himself for The Hundreds Footwear program. Limited to a production run of only 100 units, expect a drop towards the end of October.
