Capturing the essence of Southwest living with a streamlined appearance that blends seamlessly with the surrounding desert, Tate Studio Architects present its Pass Residence in Scottsdale, Arizona. Curving into the base of a mountain, the exterior features strong geometric angles, large glass surfaces, stone walls, a copper fascia, and a mutli-leveled roof. Respectively, the interior boasts bold blue accents, polished concrete floors, stacked copper cladding, suspended reclaimed wooden beams, and a large open fireplace in the giant great room. Additionally, Pass Residence features a number of outdoor spaces: an alfresco living room, patio with fire pit, stone-clad pillars, and a step-down look.
