As part of legendary British label Fred Perry‘s 60th anniversary the brand recently held an event in Tokyo. An integral part of British subculture from the ’40s onwards, the brand’s 60th anniversary celebrations offer a look at how the brand’s history has evolved and how it continues to shape the company going forward. Respected British director Don Letts was on hand to guide the proceedings and explain just how Fred Perry became a uniform for various subcultures across the decades. Click through the photos for a look at how the event went down in Tokyo.
