Amsterdam-based footwear label Filling Pieces releases its latest silhouette exclusively made for online retailer LN-CC. Looking to bridge the gap between high-end and street, the high-top design features luxurious materials one would come to expect in a premium sneaker such as beautiful leather lining, metal D-loop eyelets, and a pony-skin upper — the only difference is it’s crafted into an everyday wearable sneaker. Quilting at the heel along with sectioned stitching gives the sneaker a unique textured look and feel, and at the same time subtly conjures up characteristics similar to those found in a mountain boot. Future details include a ‘FP’ logo hit at the tongue, an embossed beige leather insole, and the letters ‘xxx’ at the heel of composite rubber outsole.
