Vinyl collectors rejoice. Neo-soul singer D’Angelo’s classic sophomore album Voodoo, originally released in 2000, will be reissued later this year for the first time ever. Accompanied with additional artwork and enhanced liner notes featuring interviews from ?uestlove, James Poyser and more, the vinyl is set to hit shelves December 11, via Light In The Attic Records. The limited edition first pressings of the records will also include a double 180-gram wax and a period 5″×5″ press photo taken by photographer Mark Guthrie. D’Angelo is currently working on new material, presumably for an upcoming body of work, but fans won’t have a problem with the re-release of his R&B classic. Pre-orders for the double disc can be purchased now by clicking here.
