Inspired by his childhood obsessions – the American flag and the minotaur – Givenchy’s prized designer Riccardo Tisci recently unveiled the brand’s latest collection for Fall/Winter 2012. Starting from muted palettes to bold graphics, the collection progressed with numerous stars and stripes patterns characterizing an array of pullovers, man-skirts, cropped jackets and sharp overcoats. While androgynous styles headline the arrangement, a good lineup of classic tonal pieces, including double-breasted suits, extensive shirts and slim-cut trousers round out the range.
