Mark McNairy New Amsterdam 2012 Fall/Winter Behind-the-Scenes Video

The Fall/Winter 2012 collection from Mark McNairy New Amsterdam sees a wide expansion in the variety of styles offered from the traditionally shoe-focused designer. In this behind-the-scenes video, the viewer is introduced to the fall/winter collection of shirts, jackets, womenswear, and of course an array of shoes. Furthermore, McNairy continues his tradition of using non-traditional models for his lookbook, which creates an interesting juxtaposition when more street-inspired items are used like New Era baseball caps. For this lookbook, the models are author Hooman Majd as well as McNairy’s own daughter, Daisy. While the collection isn’t due to hit shelves until August, the highlights to look forward to are a desert camo fur-lined topcoat and an exciting selection of text-heavy baseball caps.
