Fanfarlo - Shiny Things (Yeasayer Remix)

Brooklyn’s own Yeasayer has just liberated a new remix to one of Fanfarlo’s esteemed singles this year in “Shiny Things.” The London-based indie pop band formed in 2006 by Swedish musician Simon Balthazar, and Giles J Davis (who subsequently left before the release of the first single). They fuse elements of folk, indie rock and post punk using eclectic instrumentation including trumpet, violin, mandolin, musical saw and clarinet. The original single is available now through iTunes while their upcoming album Rooms Filled With Light is slated to release on February 28 through Canvasback Music/Atlantic.
