Started by Scott Emerson, head designer of Alexander McQueen Footwear, the narrative SOULIERS 2011 fall/winter “Lumiere Noire” collection features British influences and updated shoemaking technology. This season sees the use of several exotic leathers including kudu, horse, baby calf and vachetta materials. To make each shoe unique, the brand implements hand-washed double-stitched soles and glossy finishes.
