Eriberto and Estevan Oriol "Like Father Like Son" Exhibition @ Carmichael Gallery

Father and son photographer/director duo Eriberto and Estevan Oriol recently worked together to present a retrospective showing of their individual photographs. The upcoming “Like Father Like Son” exhibition at Carmichael Gallery will showcase a collection of 25 limited edition prints from each photographer’s portfolio with an extensive history of documenting Los Angeles city-life and low-rider culture, as well as California’s poor and impoverished population.  A selection of Estevan’s portraits of celebrities such as Dr. Dre, Ice Cube and Dennis Hopper will be displayed along both Oriol’s selection of photographs involving local LA women. There will be an opening reception for “Like Father, Like Son” on Saturday, October 1 from 6 to 9pm with both Eriberto and Estevan Oriol in attendance. The exhibition will run through October 29, 2011.
