Handcrafted denim purveyors Raleigh Denim were recently featured in a video by MailChimp’s Customer Stories, a video series highlighting and celebrating various clients to the well-known email marketing company. The rather atypical video series forgoes overt MailChimp promotion in favor of capturing the autobiography, history and passion of various start-ups who rely on their email marketing services. In their latest installment with Raleigh Denim, viewers are taken into the workings of the brand’s North Carolina mill factory that is home to the small team of sewers, designers and jean artisans that are the backbone of the handmade denim label. Co-founders Victor and Sarah Lytvinenko touch on the progressive process of design and conceptualization all the way through to the hand-stitching, individual labeling and numbering, and quality control that precedes the final product.
