In order to properly publicize their 2011 fall/winter collection entitled the “Country House,” Oliver Spencer chose to create a slightly unorthodox video showcase. Bringing to life the line at a British stately home, the Shaftsbury Estate, the Dan Annett-helmed clip illuminates various parts of the mansion and its Oliver Spencer-donning inhabitants for the viewer, all set to a lively soundtrack. The clothing itself mixes traditional natty English suiting with iconic American sportswear, resulting in garments such as tailored blazers and graphic tees in red, orange and even camouflage. The use of tweed, khaki and shearling also enhance the eclectic British clothier’s latest offering. Check out the video above and get the collection now at Oliver Spencer. Anyone catch the cameo from Spencer himself at the end?
