Vans has just teamed up with former professional skateboarder Max Schaaf to design a special range of shoes as part of a new capsule collection for Fall 2011. With affiliations to 4Q Conditioning Shop in Oakland, CA, Schaaf chose to incorporate bike and chopper inspiration into his designs for the label. Working with two of Vans’s most classic silhouettes, Schaaf produced one with a treated canvas upper and leather lining while the other features a suede upper with tonal canvas detailing. Both models are currently available through select Vans stockists worldwide.
