BRAiNCHiLD 2011 Spring/Summer Collection

This Wild West-inspired collection from Taiwanese label BRAiNCHiLD for Spring/Summer 2011 somehow manages to fuse authentic Western detailing and patterns with a modern and contemporary silhouette. Navajo prints are prominent throughout the collection and whether they’re embroidered onto an indigo vest, a tote bag, the instep of a trouser or even on a pair of leggings, they’re almost always present. While this slight touch of nostalgia can oftentimes come off a little too costumey, all of the garments feature slim cuts and stylish silhouettes that make the T-shirts, vests, denim cut-offs and other pieces completely wearable.
