As every major technology brand clamors to break into the tablet market, Sony has recently released the first of what is sure to be several videos promoting their Honeycomb series: the S1 and S2. The S1 is equipped with a 10.1-inch display while the S2 uses a clamshell design and a pair of 5.8-inch screens. Both sleek, touch-screen tablets use NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 processor and have garnered AT&T HSPA+ support. Equally as exciting as the new technology from Sony, debatably, is the extensive Rube Goldberg machine that the brand chose to use as a launchpad for the tablets in this teaser. The S1 and S2 are booked for release sometime around September 2011 and are expected to be priced competitively.
