FULL BLEED x Ace Hotel: Room #1022

Alex Corporan and Ivory Serra transform a rather plain room in the Ace Hotel into a testament to New York City skateboarding with 30 years of images from their upcoming skate photography publication FULL BLEED in the video above. A collaboration with Andre Razo (who is not featured in the video), the book is designed to capture all of the gritty, jubilant and transformational episodes that skating the streets of NYC can entail. The Ace helped to launch its own brand with collaborations, so the luxury hospitality chain is no stranger to teaming up with professionals from every corner of the creative realm in order to provide unique items, installations and experiences for the pleasure of its guests. Priding itself on unconventionality, the Ace Hotel’s rooms all feature different interior design themes – so customers should be on the lookout for #1022 if they’re fans of skateboarding, photography or both.
