As one reader previously said earlier, there is no such thing like bad publicity. The incident that is described below will easily add fuel to the rapidly increasing Odd Future fever. WHDH News Boston reports that a “riot” broke out during an autograph signing by OFWGKTA’s Tyler, the Creator at Boston’s Newbury Comics yesterday afternoon. Excited fans apparently took it too far, forcing police to act. The situation became complicated when “hundreds” of people appeared for the signing only to find that you had to obtain wristbands earlier in the day in order to get autographs.

Police had to escort Tyler out of the back of the building, but the crowd “converged” on them. During these events an officer slipped and hurt his back. That officer was transported to the hospital (note: he has been released). In order to obtain a more graphic understanding of what happened, check out the video above.
