English indie rockers Arctic Monkeys recently premiered their latest tune, aptly titled “Don’t Sit Down ‘Cause I’ve Moved Your Chair” during Zane Lowe’s show on Radio 1. The track will be released as an exclusive white label 7” along with the song “Brick by Brick” in support of Record Store Day on April 16. It is also the first song taken from the Sheffield band’s fourth album, Suck It and See, due June 6. Regarding the unusual title, the band’s drummer Matt Helders told NME:

“To us, it sounds like an atypical British thing. I don’t think it’s a saying that people worldwide would use or even understand.”
