This brand new camera from Olympus, the SZ-30MR, is the first of its kind with the ability to shoot Full HD video and 16-megapixel stills simultaneously. This “Multi Recording (MR)” capability means that you can still take full resolution photos while capturing HD video and, unlike similar cameras, your stills get captured at full resolution. The Olympus SZ-30MR also has dual image stabilization, a backlit 16-megapixel sensor, and a 24x optical zoom. The camera will retail for €329 (approximately $453 USD).
