Despite its association mostly with high-end watch pieces, Hublot has engaged in several other product collaborations in recent times. In the past, the brand has worked with both Zai to create skis and BMC to create the All Black Bike. The Hublot Sledge seen here continues on this tradition of uniting high-quality design with technological advancements, which share the same philosophy as the brand’s watches. The sledge features ash wood for the structures with a hand-sewn leather seat. Carbon fiber creates the rest of the frame with steel used for the runners. The sledge was created in association with Graf who have a similar model, the “Roedel.” The sledge will officially be presented at the Alpine World Ski Championships in Garmisch Partenkirchen, where Hublot is the official timekeeping sponsor.
