With a focus on restoring and recreating iconic period pieces and products, Schoolhouse Electric & Supply Co. has been rejuvenating the lost art of hand-crafted goods since its founding in 2003. Today, the Portland, Oregon collective releases a short film highlighting founder/owner Brian Faherty and his team of designers and curators. From its 1960s-inspired IBM Standard Issue wall clock and antique porcelain lighting fixtures to the Edison series of light bulbs, the short video highlights Schoolhouse Electric & Supply Co.’s dedication to quality and restoring the faith in well-crafted hard and soft goods.
