A bit different than most remembering Ben Davis, the Japanese-centric Ben Davis Project Line continues to build off the American workwear brand’s history with new designs that reflect the contemporary times. Finding influence from several sources, this latest assortment steers a bit away from the heavy military references featured within Fall/Winter 2010, although slight variations are seen on a couple of items including the use of olive drab. Surely the line is a bit different from the norm but it’s a refreshing change from standard workwear, which can become tiresome with so many labels focusing on it as of late.
