Early last year, Poster Boy caused a big stir when he assumed the position of MoMA staff and re-appropriated a large scale campaign based on 57 works of popular art. The vinyls proliferated Brooklyn’s Atlantic-Pacific subway station and was part of an initiative organized by Doug Jaeger, a marketing executive who worked together with MoMA on the campaign. With a lot of finger-pointing and controversy, eventually Jaeger’s HappyCorp agency was dismissed.
