Just as in the 1960’s with the culture radically changing and styles with it, Golden Bear provided the dockworker jackets worn by many a famous beat poets and rock stars such as Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin, The Doobie Brothers and the Grateful Dead. Unionmade teamed up with the local sportswear company on a new set of melton wool varsity jackets. Made in San Francisco’s Potrero district, the jackets feature leather pocket details, wrist guards, cotton ribbing and a slim fit with timeless styling. Available now through Unionmade.
