Cassette Playa offers us a glimpse into their 2010 fall/winter collection, titled “Neu Romance”. Pushing the boundaries of presentation and concepts, the brand has embodied the notion of experimentation with new age technology and aesthetics. Among their most recent showings featured an augmented reality digital presentation. The Neu Romance collection is inspired by both industrial and “mediEVIL” references with digital printed details and embroidered patches. Colors are more muted than previous capsules with much of the highlights seen in the graphics. A video covering Cassette Playa and Carri Munden’s digital philosophy can be seen below.
