This season, the JV Star Player silhouette is back combining everything original, active and cool. Noted as the original mash up shoe when the Star Player style debuted in the 70s, these shoes merged Converse core DNA with the iconic Star Chevron logo. For Fall, updated materials and colorways mark each silhouette defining new product offerings. The Star Player Mid combines vintage sport with a rock ‘n roll twist, seen in styles of burnished nubuck and waxy suede. Styles are trimmed in leather and available in hues such as a darkened silver, tan/black, charcoal/green and blue/off white. For the Star Player Ox, uppers are shortened and shoes are again refined in burnished nubuck in black/brindle, charcoal/red and oatmeal/black. Trims are finished in smooth leather detailing with stained and polished outsoles and waxed cotton laces. Watch out for these in the coming weeks.
