In 1998, Nike Football revolutionized the landscape with the launch of their Mercurial boot. Emphasizing speed and quickness, nine generations later the Mercurial line of boots can be seen on the feet of the fastest players in the world. With 2010 being a monumental World Cup year, Nike Stadiums launches its latest campaign titled “Heroes of Speed” which feature both past and present wearers of the iconic Mercurial boot.
