2010 seems to be a great year for music videos so far. The video for the lead single “Stylo” of the Gorillaz’ first album in three years “Plastic Beach” marks no exception. Directors Jamie Hewlett and Pete Candeland of Passion Pictures enlist actor Bruce Willis to take the animated band to an entertaining CGi-powered car chase even Death Proof-director Quentin Tarantino would be proud of. After watching this funky ride and listening to the whole album stream one can only assume what the next visuals coming from the Gorillaz will have in store for us. “Plastic Beach” is supposed to drop March 8th in the UK and March 9th in the USA.
