Following an initial appearance during KAWS’ Passing Through exhibition in Hong Kong back in October, the artist’s 16ft Companion touches down in the states as it officially takes its place at The Aldrich Contemporary Museum in Ridgefield, CT. Although the piece is currently on display, it seems like an official celebration of its arrival, along with a book signing, will take place on January 30th, 2011. Stay tuned for further details until then.
