The Tennis Classic has always been one of Hiroshi Fujiwara’s favorite Nike shoes. For Spring 2010, Hiroshi picked a white upper Tennis Classic with slightly shiny leather, mixed with gold foil accents on the heel and tongue. As we have seen in previous seasons, the shoe continues to play with subtlety and minimalism. The Swoosh design trademark is perforated on the side of the shoe, and the fragment design logo, a Hiroshi trademark used only for Nike project collaborations, quietly placed on the back heel. A release is scheduled for this Saturday, January 30th, 2009 at The Darkside Initiative.
