Stone Island introduce a new modern interpretation of their 89 Ice Jacket that incorporates some interesting production methods. The coat’s rigid cotton moleskin exterior has been treated with a thermo-sensitive liquid crystal coating, which is further washed for a unique smooth, worn-out look. The use of the LCD coating induces a color-change in the fabric between 10°C and 15°C to reveal a darker, more vintage color. Available in blue and khaki green at Oi Polloi.
